Complaints

  • The legally binding agreement between the company and the customer.(including any non contractual matters) is governed by the law of Scotland. 

  • Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland or, where the customer lives in the UK. 

  • We try to avoid any disputes, so we deal with complaints in the following way:

  1. If a dispute occurs, customers should contact us to find a solution. 
  2. We will aim to respond with an appropriate solution within 7 days.
